The facility includes a 46,000 sq. ft., 502 key Hotel, with a 500 slot/50 table casino. it also includes Salon Prive areas, and 5,100 sq. ft. of shops, restaurants, a night club, and prayer rooms. A 26,000 sq. ft. conference centre, health spa, golf clubhouse, golf maintenance buildings, B.O.H. compound buildings, and utility buildings are also incorporated. These feature an electrical substation, water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.
